Computer pads may bring return of one-room school : Belle Fourche: "Bev Banks said the enthusiasm of Belle Fourche Middle School students for computers shows how the equipment can help in the classrooms. When she returned from a national school board convention last spring, Banks, president both of the Belle Fourche and Associated School Boards of South Dakota, visited the middle school during a Friday intersession. She said the convention offered ideas on using technology in a time of budget cuts. With Banks in the spring classroom are, from left, Jacob Purcel, Jacob Penning, Garrett Reynolds, Lichael Leverington, Lyleigh Myers, David Mead and Jeremy Reynolds."
